Perfect place for a relaxing break in Marrakesh. A safe box, central heating, and television in the room, reasonably priced location. Attentive and friendly staff in the whole hotel. Location near the Old City of Marrakesh as well as the communal areas. Special atmosphere, a lot of fine dishes. A very good way to end my trip.

Exceptionally clean room available with the terrace. Location right by taxi unable to go through and both the communal areas and rooms. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Caravan nearby.

Amazingly comfortable units with the terrace, and the staff were lovely. Everything was great, I truly enjoyed that. The service was terrific and the pool was good.

Quite uncomfortable area.

Our visit to the stunning gardens near the riad was a highlight of our stay. The staff at the riad were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even taking us to a local pizza place. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly prepared, with a variety of options. The hotel and pool were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing oasis in the Marrakesh heat. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and a taxi rank for exploring other parts of Morocco.

Possibly the best and real good stay on both nights of our stay. New-fashioned units with the terrace, and patient staff. Paid gbp 37. Pretty close to the airport, 10 km.

A huge variety of fine food, we enjoyed it. The place had a special atmosphere.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Old City of Marrakesh, and Medina and main road. All of the staff were lovely, good.

We had an amazing time at Riad Ayni. The staff, especially Mounir, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-furnished. The rooftop terrace had a stunning view.

Nothing not to like.

I recently stayed at a charming Riad in a vibrant neighborhood. Walking through the streets, I was immersed in the beautiful everyday life of locals - children playing, women going about their tasks, and men selling their wares. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations with its modern rooms, traditional ambiance, and daily cleaning service. The staff, especially Monier, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered a delightful taste of Moroccan cuisine, and the pool area provided a relaxing retreat from sightseeing. I even had a delicious homemade meal cooked by Monier! my stay at Riad Ayni was truly enjoyable.

We stayed at a riad for one night and loved the authentic experience. The riad itself was new and luxurious, with a stunning rooftop terrace and pool. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff, particularly Abdul Sammad and Youssef, were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and routes to explore Marrakesh. The rooms were cleaned daily and had all the necessary amenities. we highly recommend Riad Ayni for a few nights in the city.
